What data
At sign-in and purchase we process the email address and the name you enter. Names typed into the calculator are processed solely to display the calculation; they are stored only if you are signed in and explicitly save the result. Conversations with the NUMUS guide are stored for the service to work.
Purposes and bases
We process data to provide the service (contract), issue invoices (legal obligation) and send sign-in links (contract). The Level II waiting list is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Processors
We rely on: Stripe (card payments), Resend (email delivery), Hetzner (EU server hosting) and DeepSeek via our own gateway (processing of NUMUS guide messages). Card data never touches our server.
Retention
Your account and its data are kept until you delete the account. Accounting records are kept for 10 years as required by law. The session cookie is strictly necessary for sign-in and does not track users; we use no analytics cookies.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner.
